USA Home Price Prediction
1) Import Dataset from Kaggle. Checked EDA.
2) After doing data preprocessing changed the date into date time format.
3) Checked the data is stationary or not by doing ADFuller Test
4) After doing differencing method data became Stationary and plot ACF AND
PACF plot for finding p,d,q values.
5) Finally applied different algorithms like AR,ARIMA,SARIMAX,Holt
models and SARIMAX gave better predictions with less mean squared error
value that is 1.32.

2) Created upper boundry and lower boundry on those features which having outliers.
4) Lastly Split the dataset for checking different models where we will get accurate value

Predict the score of a student if he is studying 9.25 hrs every day.
1) Imported Libraries and upload datasets, checked for EDA.
2) Checked with heat map correlations by Seaborn library. Splitting dataset for doing Linear Regression.
3) After plotting a scatter plot for knowing the distribution of data checked the student studying time (9.25hrs) with the predicted value and got the result.
